Can I choose my own sides?
Each family style meal comes with it's own chef-recommended side(s) designed to compliment that specific entree. If you would like to choose different sides, you can check the box indicating that you do not wish to receive the chef-recommended sides. Then you can go to the bottom of the order form to add your own sides from the list.
Do I have to order sides?
No. If you only want to order entrees, you can check the box indicating that you do not wish to receive the chef-recommended sides.
What if I don’t like the food?
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the food at any time, give us a call at 609-799-9696 and we will correct the situation.
How long will the meals stay fresh in my freezer?
Although Chef Express meals will stay fresh in the freezer for up to 2 months, we recommend that you use them within 2-4 weeks for maximum enjoyment

How do I prepare the meals at home?
Each family style meal will have cooking instructions printed on the label. Our meals are microwave and oven safe so you can heat and eat in minutes.
How long does it take to prepare a Chef Express Meal?
Most of our meals can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.
How do I pay for my meals?
We collect your credit card information securely over the phone during the sign up process. You place you order by Wed, and our chef prepares your gourmet meals over the weekend. The meals are ready to be picked up on Monday, but you can pick them up whenever it is convenient for you. On Monday night, we charge the credit card on file whether you picked up your food that day or not. All price adjustments based on additions or substitutions are included in the bill.
