A Culinary adventurer, Kathleen has traveled throughout the Us, South America, Europe, Asia, learning the varied techniques of regional and ethnic cuisine from master cooks. Introduced at an early age to the wonders of cooking, she learned how to prepare the perfect chicken soup from her grandmother, and the art of cookie and cake baking from her mother, a professional baker.
Kathleen is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
Kathleen uses healthy cooking techniques in combination with seasonal ingredients to prepare meals that are balanced, flavorful and affordable. Kathleen enjoys introducing her clients to ethnic ingredients and cuisines.
